First Winter Market of the Season-We're still outside!

screen-shot-2016-12-02-at-2-47-34-pmTomorrow is the first Winter Market- we are still outside in the Library Parking lot. We'll have many of our long-time vendors and some new ones who are testing the market waters during the leaner season. We hope to see you tomorrow-just make sure to bundle up. Westchester superstar Polpettina is popping by with their mobile pizza oven- and yes it is as good as the pies they serve in their highly rated restaurants.

We also have a new creamery visiting all the way from Cooperstown. Cooperstown Cheese Company makes artisanal European and American-style cheeses including Toma Celena and Jersey Girl-both of which were served at the White House. The cheese should pair nicely with some coppa, sopprasetta, lonza, and culatello from Mangalitsa by Mosefund. If it's good enough for Aquavit NYC, The French Laundry and Roberta's than it's good enough for us!

Your antipasto platter isn't complete until you add some saucisson sec from Larchmont Charcuterie. Their new smoked version was a huge hit on Thanksgiving. Stock up this month because Daniel is gone until the spring. Also away until the spring-Big Bang Coffee Roasters. Grab their bags of whole beans to last you through the cold winter months.

Lastly, Wil Hi Farm is also on hiatus until March. They'll have their full range of products tomorrow, including the perfect holiday gifts- soap and yarn!

See you at the market.
