the first corn and pluots of the season!Honey Locust will have this candy-sweet cross between a plum and an apricot. (Pluots look more like plums but have a grainy flesh like apricots.) My daughters made a heady black raspberry and purple pluot almond crisp last night and decorated it with purple hyrdrangea blossom. It was as pretty as it was delicious.
